             រាល់ធុរកិច្ចទាំងអស់មានដំណើរការនិងប្រតិបត្តិបានល្អដោយសារមានការគ្រប់គ្រងប្រកបដោយ គុណភាព  ប្រសិទ្ធិភាព​ ​  ប្រសិទ្ធិផល និងមាន នវានុវត្តន៍ជានិច្ចនិរន្តរ៍។​ ក្នុងសម័យ សាកលភាវូប នីយកម្ម ប្រទេសនីមួយៗតែងតែ ធ្វើសមាហរណកម្ម ខ្លួនទៅក្នុង សមាគមន៍ សហគមន៍ តំបន់ និងពិភព លោក ដោយឈរលើមូលដ្ឋាន អន្តរ-​និស្សរភាព លើ វិស័យ នយោបាយ   សេដ្ឋកិច្ច   វប្បធម៌   បច្ចេកវិទ្យា ដែលធ្វើឲ្យពិភពលោកកាន់តែ​បើកចំហរ ​គ្មាន​របាំង​នៃ​ទំនាក់​ទំនង និងមាន​សេរីភាវូបនីយកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ច យ៉ាងទូលំទូលាយទាំងនេះក៍នាំមកជានូវ​កាលា​នុវត្ត​ភាព​ ក៍ដូចជាការប្រឈម និងការប្រកួតប្រជែង កាន់​តែ​ស្រួចស្រាវចំពោះកំលាំងពលកម្មជំនាញការស្វែង រកប្រាក់ចំណូលរបស់វិស័យឯកជន​ និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ​ក្នុងអភិវឌ្ឍនភាព​ខាងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច​របស់វិស័យ​សាធារណៈ។​ ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបទៅ​នឹង​ការផ្លាស់ប្តូររបត់សង្គម ជាសាកលយ៉ាង​ឆាប់រហ័សនេះ  សាកលវិទ្យាល័យភ្នំពេញ អន្តរជាតិ ទាំងមួល ក៍ដូចជាមហាវិទ្យាល័យ ពាណិជ្ជ​សាស្រ្ត និងទេសចរណ៍បាន និងកំពុង អភិវឌ្ឍ កម្មវិធីសិក្សាយ៉ាងសស្រាក់សស្រាំ​សម្រាប់ថ្នាក់ បរិញ្ញា​បត្រ​ជាន់ខ្ពស់  បរិញ្ញាបត្រ  បរិញ្ញាបត្ររង  និងថ្នាក់បណ្តុះបណ្តាល​វិជ្ជាជីវៈ​ដែលមាន​ជំនាញសិក្សា ដូចជា  គ្រប់គ្រង  គណនេយ្យ  ទីផ្សារ  និងគ្រប់គ្រងសណ្ឋាគារ និងទេសចរណ៍។​ ក្រោយពីបានបញ្ចប់ការ សិក្សានៅមហាវិទ្យាល័យ ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម  និងទេសចរណ៍   និស្សិតអាចធ្វើ ការងារនៅតាមក្រុមហ៊ុនឯកជន  ស្ថាប័នរដ្ឋ  ឬអាចចាប់ផ្តើម​អាជីវកម្មដោយខ្លួនឯង​នៅលើវិស័យ​មួយចំនួន​ដូចជាជំនាញគណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្ម បេឡាករ ជំនាញទីផ្សារ   គ្រប់គ្រង​ធនធាន​មនុស្ស  គ្រប់គ្រងការដឹកជញ្ជូនចេញ  និងចូល   ជំនាញការិយាល័យជួរមុខ    គេហកិច្ច   ផលិត​កម្ម​ចំណីអាហារ  គ្រប់ភោជនីយដ្ឋាន។​ បេសកកម្ម  មហាវិទ្យាល័យពាណិជ្ជសាស្រ្ត  និង​ទេចរណ៍មានបេសកកម្ម​ដ៍សំខាន់ក្នុងការផ្តល់​នូវចំណេះដឹង ជំនាញវិសេសឯក   និងគុណវឌ្ឍិ​វិជ្ជាជីវៈ​ប្រកបដោយចរិយាសម្បត្តិ   គុណធម៌   និងសីលធម៌​ខ្ពស់សម្រាប់​ការគ្រប់គ្រង​កិច្ចការ​ធុរកិច្ច​ប្រកបដោយជោគជ័យនៅក្នុងគ្រប់ស្ថានភាពសង្គមនាពេលអនាគត។
