Background
Phnom Penh International University (PPIU) was founded in 2006 by its major shareholder, J.C.M.K,
in cooperation with a well-known academic institution formerly referred to as ASEAN University.
For the time being, PPIU is located in Building #132, Street #230, Sangkat Phsar Deumkor, Khan Tuol Kork,
Phnom Penh, Cambodia (opposite Mondial Center). However, by the end of 2009,
PPIU is expected to move to its new campus in front of Bak Touk High School,
Sangkat Vealvong, Khan 7Makara, Phnom Penh, Cambodia (opposite Bak Touk High school).
The new campus will be a 10-storey building with the capacity to accommodate more than 10,000 students at the same time.
PPIU was established to create a larger and more dynamic university with sound study environment and exciting
interdisciplinary opportunity underpinning the career prospect of the students. With profound educational quality,
PPIU has been offering both undergraduate and post graduate academic programs.
PPIU is strongly committed to offer high quality of education to ensure that the students are equipped with
excellent knowledge and relevant experience directly link to commerce, industry, government, etc,.
